All the Foreign nationality passengers travelling to Mizoram are requested to ensure that they have valid Protection Area Permit(PAP). Only passengers having valid PAP will be allowed to board the flight. PAP is to be obtained by applying online through the e-FRRO portal https://indianfrro.gov.in/eservices. This is as per the directives received from Union Home Ministry Government of India.
