During this time Rukhmani washed her hair in the small pond (nowadays called Utawadiya) available in Keshod. Shimla is the capital city of Himachal Pradesh. Silchar is a city and the headquarters of the Cachar district of the state of Assam, India. It is second largest city of North Eastern Region after Guwahati in terms of area, population and GDP. It was founded by Captain Thomas Fisher in 1832 when he shifted the headquarters of Cachar to Janiganj in Silchar. Vidyanagar is a city located in Vijayanagara district in the eastern part of the state of Karnataka in India. Vijayanagar was the capital city of the historic Vijayanagara Empire. Ziro valley is a popular tourist destination in the central part of Arunachal Pradesh. Ziro is famous for its natural beauty and Hills. The Ziro Festival of Music is a new addition to the tourism scene of Ziro. It is a music festival typically organized in the month of September in the Ziro valley. The northeast is popular for music and there are numerous local bands in the northeast many of whom come to Ziro and perform here. It is a 4-day festival where guests from all over the country come and stay in tents, homestays and hotels and enjoy local cuisine, mix with the local people and enjoy local music and culture.
